Thank you Cascade Blues Association for the Muddy Award for Electric Guitar Player of the Year. It’s been 9 years since I was blessed with winning a Muddy Award and I am deeply honored and eternally grateful. I’d like to take a moment to recognize my fellow nominees, Alan Hager, Jason JT Thomas, TJ Wong and Brandon Logan. You all are incredible players with your own distinct style and I feel awestruck and inspired everytime I see each of you play. Thanks to my incredibly talented bandmates Jimi Bott, Allen Markel, Donald Shultz, Miyuki Hamanaka, Dennis Lusk and Pete Moss for playing and creating music with me and for being so supportive. Thanks to The Revival Brothers for giving me the opportunity to grow as a musician and learn a new style of playing.
